We were asked to produce a robust and lightweight cladding panel to suit a portable compressor. It had to be mounted in a powder coated steel chassis, whilst working in tight manufacturing tolerances.

Product Development

Matching a previously designed curved profile and set fixing points, the unit had to be designed to be below the 25kg single man lift threshold. Our tool free process delivered a custom enclosure solution within the specified budget.

Final Solution

With larger variants then required, having no size restrictions from our process, meant these new versions were available without compromise and within weeks of defining specifications.
