This device charging unit has had its design cost effectively adapted to create a product range for managing a vast variant of tablets, phones and storage devices.  Now manufactured for the customer in batches around 200 modules.

Product Development

Custom plastic enclosures lend themselves to fast moving markets, as devices initially shrank and then grew with the development of smartphones. With no size restrictions, our process has allowed our customer to developed this initial charge design and we now manufacture desk top, wall mounting, trolley and locker-based versions, with in built sync capability.

Final Solution

Various material colour options and coloured inlays have been used, offering unique product style and product branding throughout the varying modules.
