Product Development

A product specification with rigid performance requirements; including those for thermal management and sound attenuation, housing electronics and pneumatic components, were achieved by our in-house design team, who supported its progress throughout development and into volume production.

Final Solution

Cost effective design changes proved invaluable after the initial prototype had been approved when the specification changed to a UL listed device.  Design alterations and change in material to stock UL listed ABS, helped us secure a long term supply contract.
