7200 Series Waterproof Polycarbonate Electronic Enclosure

The 7200 series, robust electronic enclosure, provides extreme protection against the elements with its high grade polycarbonate exterior and thick set molding. Designed to meet the requirements of IP65, the 7200 series heavy duty enclosure is available to order in 25 sizes, with either a clear or solid lid, making it suitable for a vast selection of electrical and electronic applications, from indoor to outdoor environments. Wall mount points are found next to the screw lid mounts, but just outside of the gasket path as to retain the IP rating. PCB threaded inserts can be found in the base, which makes them more suitable for maintenance. Polycarbonate is a natural UV stable material and will not degrade as much as a ABS enclosure might, should the enclosure need to be used outside in a particularly sunny area, for instance in networking city infrastructure, atop buildings and shops.
